And yet, there are times when I go through periods—sometimes lasting several weeks—when I don’t feel much like stitching. When that happens, I simply take a break, without any guilt and without forcing myself. Then one day, a new design begins to take shape, inspiration naturally returns, and I happily bring out my fabric and threads again to rediscover the joy of stitching.
