Shipping policy
Embroidery Marketplace, Inc. will ship only fully paid orders. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Standard unless requested by the customer, additional charges for requested services will be billed to the customer. Estimated delivery times are provided by Canada Post and are subject to change due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances outside of the control of Embroidery Marketplace, Inc.
Within Calgary, and nearby communities, Embroidery Marketplace, Inc. offers delivery of full paid orders. This service is a flat rate and subject to change at any time. Orders fully paid will be delivered at the current rate at the time of purchase. Orders will be available for delivery the next business day evening after the order is fully paid, unless containing out of stock items, custom order items or a different delivery day is per-arranged with Embroidery Marketplace, Inc. beforehand via email confirmation.
Embroidery Marketplace, Inc. reserves the right to decline to ship an order deemed to be fraudulent or not made in good faith. In such cases, Embroidery Marketplace, Inc. will contact the customer via the email provided with the order stating the reasons behind this decision. If an order is not shipped, due to this reason, Embroidery Marketplace, Inc. will, with due diligence, return the money paid to the customer via mailed cheque to the address provided by the customer.
(As of Feb 2, 2025 Embroidery Marketplace, Inc. will not ship new orders to the USA. Current orders will be fulfilled and no new orders accepted. This may be updated once the current Trade situation with the USA is resolved by the Canadian Government) Embroidery Marketplace, Inc. ships within Canada. Orders can not be shipped outside of this country due to insurance other issues, Embroidery Marketplace, Inc. may change this policy for international orders if the situation changes.
