Vendor Rental - Meadowlark Park Hall Retreat

This for a vendor table rental

Load in Saturday Morning at 8am, Load out Sunday after 5pm (or at the vendor's time)

*A contract for the rental with all information will be provided

Saturday & Sunday - November 23 & 24

Stitching Retreat - 9-5pm each day (Afternoons open to public to shop)

623 58th Ave SW - Calgary (2 blocks west of Chinook Mall)

Event Limited to 30 stitchers plus public shopping in the afternoons both days

The store will be open for the public to come and shop, free of charge during the afternoon each day.  The Hall is secured overnight so retreater’s stitching supplies can be left in place overnight on Saturday

Parking is at the rear of the building with access in the front via stairs or a ramp (can be slippery). Additional parking on the street both in front and behind the hall.

Walking distance to Chinook Mall, for food or use Skip the Dishes for delivery.
