So September has gone by so fast. I was away for almost 2 weeks on vacation in Spain. The first vacation since I started the company. A big thanks to Amy and Jan who took care of things while I was away.

Add Sparkle to your Stitching!
Most stitchers have come across the Metallic Braid made by Kreinik but did you know that it is also available from Au ver a Soie - France
Their jewel-tone colours come in a variety of thicknesses, from Blending Filament to Braid #16 (limited colours). They are sold by the spool but also come in wonderful shade collections
Thread Type - Braid – "Thread Brand - Au Ver a Soie"
You can substitute Braid #4 for 2 stands of DMC when stitching.
What about stitching your snowflakes in blue sparkle? or change our the presents under a Christmas tree with sparkle red?

Monthly Stitching Events
Each month I host an open Drop In Stitching Event @Shedpoint. The Community Hall area is just outside my warehouse location and the store is open during the event for browsing and shopping!
Sunday - October 19th - 12-5pm
Bring your current project, meet up with friends for the afternoon or drop by to meet new people!
